it kind of feels like Natsu is just relying on them to gain the strength to defeat Ignia by slaying the other 4 God Dragons, even though before Ignia arrived, Natsu seemed to really want to avoid killing the God Dragons if they were willing to coexist with humans. It's also kind of interesting, Natsu thinks they can't take the God Dragons down on their own, just like with Acnologia, but he wants to go 1 on 1 with Ignia.
